DELIVERY TERMS We aim to get your item to you as quickly as possible, however due to high demand some of our items may take up to 4 weeks.
Should an item be out of stock one of our sales team will advise you on a delivery date. For urgent deliveries please contact us to ensure your item is in stock.
We aim to deliver your furniture within the time quoted on our website when you place your order. If circumstances change, we will contact you. If, however, if it is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, then we cannot accept any liability for consequential loss.
Our deliveries are managed by an external courier. They will call you before the delivery to arrange a suitable date and time. Deliveries can only be made Mon-Friday 8-5pm unless otherwise arranged with the courier. Please Note delivery is to the doorstep only. Many of our items are very heavy and you may require a friend or family to help you move the packages.
In the case of flats or apartments, delivery is to the first communal door only.
Please ensure the item will fit through any doors or passage ways prior to delivery. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to provide you with measurements.
Your furniture comes flatpacked and ready to assemble. Our couriers cannot assemble the items for you.
International deliveries.
We do not deliver outside of the UK mainland. However should you wish to organise your own courier to pick the item up we are happy to communicate with your courier. However, all insurance and care of products in transit is the responsibility of yourself and your courier. No returns or refunds for breakages can be given. REFUND & RETURNS
Every effort will be made to ensure that the goods you have ordered arrive undamaged and without defect.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the general conditions (signs of breakage, condition of the pallet, condition of the outer packaging, sign of broken glass, sound of shattered glass) of the
goods before accepting it. The customer can refuse delivery if the general condition of the pallet/outer packaging have a reasonable
sign of damage. Should you find your package is damaged, please make a note of this with your delivery driver or refuse delivery. We will do our best to provide you with either a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
Due to the nature of our products we can not provide refunds for broken items after delivery has been completed.
YOU MUST CHECK THE ITEM ON DELIVERY.
Should you find any parts or items are missing from the packages please contact within 7 days of delivery and we will aim to replace the missing part as soon as possible.
